In Newsweek magazine's “ World's Best Hospitals 2024”, the Kyorin University Hospital was ranked 20th in Japan, and 4th among Japanese private medical university hospitals. This annual ranking of more than 2,400 hospitals in 30 countries around the world is based on the following four indices.

• Recommendations by medical professionals (online survey of more than 85,000 physicians, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals)
• Patient satisfaction surveys (surveys of patients treated at the hospital through their insurance companies)
• Hospital quality indicators (evaluation of hygiene measures, patient safety measures, quality of care, etc.)
• PROMs data (surveys of patients to measure the effectiveness of treatment)
